Styling and Photoshooting

Property styling is a perfect way to make your home more attractive when selling it. The home turns versatile and appealing to a range of buyers. They will se possibilities and their new home in the apartment.

The first impression is said to be the last impression, which makes the entrance important, buyers are impressed at first sight. A styling often decreases the selling time and might affect the price to your benefit.

A styling project consists of reducing personal items, tidying up, creating airy spaces by re-arranging furniture and bringing in a harmonic colour coordination. Some brighten interior details and textiles are added and small surface renovations might be needed. Primarily I use my clients own furniture and objects for the styling. If the apartment is empty it´s important to show volumes and make it look like a home by adding rented furniture.

The styling project start with a consultation meeting. We discuss possibilities to present the full potential of the home. Based upon the meeting I make an offer for my styling work. It starts when the offer is accepted. I make room by room styling plans, that will be implemented before the photoshooting and showings. Meeting is free of charge when the offer is accepted. Cost for only consultation meeting is 124,00€ incl. vat. Styling planning and implementing from 250,00€ incl.vat.

Home styling can be used also when you want to create the most aesthetically pleasing arrangement possible. Personal decorations are in focus. The styling can be done physically by me or on distance when you implement the plan I make.

Interior Photoshooting is often done combinated with homestyling when selling your home. The photos shall speak for themselves. The light, mood, architectural details, volumes and colours of the home will be shown through the pictures and increase a desire to see more. The for-sale listing photos have a great impact on the buyers interest and give ideas for creating their own home in yours.

The photo service can be ordered separately or together with styling. Package prices for photoshooting from 200,00€ incl. vat. The service includes photoshooting, retouching and delivery of photos to client within three days. When booking both photoshooting and styling, pictures are taken on same occasion as the styling implement.
